I’m always reading and hearing shoes are a girls best friend and think to myself, what about men wearing high heels, why should women have all the fun wearing sexy high heels click clacking all over the place? We’re all human and we should embrace things that make us feel good, however unfortunately it tends to be quite difficult when men wearing panties, lingerie and high heels is still regarded taboo.

Though putting that aside, why should you wear high heels? What are the benefits? I decided to look into this and went to Wikipedia for some answers which had an article on High-heeled footwear. High heels have quite a number of benefits surprisingly, from creating the perception of longer legs to smaller feet and shorter toes. Plus they help strengthen lower leg muscles, which helps achieve that refined look, creating sex appeal!

However, with a positive there is always a negative and high heels come with just as much benefits and they do drawbacks. From foot pain to foot deformities to the increase of sprains and fractures. Simply put: high heels will eventually create foot and tendon problems with prolonged use.

Women’s shoes are expensive, potentially bad for your back and increase the risk of falling over (especially heels), yet we still continue to adore and grovel over such items of luxury.  Today, women’s shoes are regarded as a primary fashion essential, made to improve sexual audacity and compliment other fashion accessories, especially lingerie.
